About the Role

Xylem Learning is looking for experienced and results-driven Academic Counsellors to join our dynamic counselling and sales team. In this strategic role, you will leverage your prior expertise in academic counselling, consultative sales, or the education industry to guide students and parents in making impactful educational choices. You will play a pivotal part in driving enrolments, achieving targets, and shaping the academic journey of aspiring learners while contributing to the growth of Xylem Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents through structured outbound calls using our in-house lead database.
• Draw on your professional experience to understand academic aspirations, challenges, and career goals, recommending the most suitable programs.
• Present course offerings, schedules, and the competitive advantages of Xylem Learning in a compelling manner.
• Provide personalized, high-value academic counselling that builds trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.
• Consistently convert leads into enrolments, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay ahead of program updates, industry trends, and promotional initiatives.
• Share feedback and insights from the field to strengthen lead generation strategies and enhance student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales within the education sector.
• Strong track record of meeting enrolment/sales targets and delivering measurable results.

Key Skills Required

• Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with students and parents.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
