Counsel prospective students and working professionals on available academic programs (MBA, PGDM, MS, Certificate & Pathway programs).Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs based on academic background, work experience, and career goals.Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and video counselling sessions.Assist students in the application, registration, fee payment, and documentation processes.Maintain proper records of student interactions and update CRM systems.Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and admissions.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, academic orientation, and query resolution.Attend training sessions to stay updated on program details, university tie-ups, and admission policies.

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students through their admission journey for a wide range of higher education programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information, addressing queries, and helping students make informed decisions about their academic futures

Experience Required: 0–3 years

Working Hours: [e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional language preferred).Confidence in phone and video-based counselling.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude.Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.Knowledge of higher education trends and student expectations

• Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferably in Education, Marketing, Business, or related fields).
0 to 3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or student services.Freshers with strong communication skills and learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
