Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms to explore their academic interests and long-term career goals.

• Recommend suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programs based on individual aspirations, academic background, and professional ambitions.

• Support students throughout the entire admissions journey from initial inquiry to final enrollment and onboarding ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

• Build trusted relationships by providing personalized, empathetic, and ethical guidance tailored to each students needs.

• Keep accurate, timely records of all interactions, follow-ups, and progress updates using the organizations CRM system.

Who You Are:

• A graduate from any discipline.

• Experience required 0 to 2 years in student counseling, academic advising, or EdTech sales.

• Fluent in English, with strong communication and active listening skills.

• Self-driven, organized, and outcome-focused, with a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
