Academic Counselor

Techoftheday is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective students and interns through our course offerings, helping them make informed decisions while supporting them throughout the admissions process. You will work closely with the marketing and academic teams to understand program objectives and ensure a smooth, engaging learner experience.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and assist prospective students/interns regarding course options, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Manage and maintain student databases, leads, and follow-ups.
• Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to academy programs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional activities.
• Track industry trends and share insights to improve course offerings and marketing strategies.
• Support in organizing orientation sessions, webinars, and other student engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for education or business administration backgrounds.
• Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or student support is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and confidence in handling calls.
• Awareness of current trends in AI, technology, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
