Team Lead– Study Abroad

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Study Abroad team to meet targets.
• Improve counseling, admissions, and service quality.
• Monitor performance and provide training when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualification and Skills

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in study abroad counseling, admissions, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, manage, and guide a team effectively.
