Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Academic Counselor specializing in sales. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students on academic pathways, providing career counseling, advising on course selections, and addressing educational concerns. The role involves building strong communication with students, parents, and stakeholders to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs or services. Additionally, the counselor will actively contribute to achieving enrollment goals while maintaining a student-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in Student Counseling and Academic Advising, with a strong understanding of academic processes and career pathways.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Career Counseling and Education-related advising to guide students in making informed decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in academic counseling or a similar role is advantageous.
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to meet student enrollment and guidance objectives.
