Job Description

We are looking for psychology graduates or postgraduates who are passionate about guiding others in their academic and professional journey in the field of psychology. As an Academic Counselor, you will help students and professionals choose the right psychology courses based on their interests, background, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students and working professionals in selecting the most suitable psychology programs
• Understand their educational background, interests, and aspirations to provide personalized course recommendations
• Conduct counseling sessions (telephonic or virtual) to explain course structure, learning outcomes, and career prospects
• Follow up with potential learners through calls, emails, and messages to drive enrollments
• Stay informed about the latest trends in psychology education and mental health training
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals
• Maintain accurate student records and track progress through CRM systems
• Provide post-enrollment assistance to ensure a smooth student experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (Mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or EdTech sales
• Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
• Ability to connect with students and understand their academic and emotional needs
• Comfortable with virtual counseling tools and CRM systems
• Passionate about education, learning, and mental health

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
