Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Kanayannur. Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to prospective and current students, evaluating their academic goals, and assisting them in selecting suitable courses and programs. Counselors will also manage admissions processes, offer career counseling, and maintain detailed records of student interactions to ensure personalized academic support. Additional duties may include collaborating with internal teams to promote and coordinate academic initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Ability to assess academic needs and provide guidance on course selection
• Organizational and administrative proficiency, including maintaining accurate student records
• Experience in academic advising, student services, or career counseling
• Proficiency in English and a working knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Knowledge of UK-accredited programs and global education systems is preferred
