Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage student placement activities. Establish and maintain relationships with companies for placement tie-ups. Conduct mock interviews, soft skills training, and career guidance sessions. Maintain placement records and generate periodic reports. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and employers. Requirements: MBA in Human Resource Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must. Prior experience in placement coordination or HR roles is an added advantage.
