G-TEC Kazhakuttom is looking for a dynamic and motivated Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about student success, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of building strong industry connections to support student placements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage student placement activities. Establish and maintain relationships with companies for placement tie-ups. Conduct mock interviews, soft skills training, and career guidance sessions. Maintain placement records and generate periodic reports. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and employers. Requirements: MBA in Human Resource Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must. Prior experience in placement coordination or HR roles is an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kazhakuttam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
