PLACEMENT OFFICER

Work Location: Need a FULL TIME EXPERIENCED PLACEMENT OFFICER at Velachery, Chennai.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Placement Officer to connect students with career opportunities and ensure successful employment outcomes. The Placement Officer will build strong relationships with companies, organize campus drives, and guide students in preparing for interviews. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, industry knowledge and a passion for helping students achieve their career goal.

Key resposibilities

• Identify the jobs in Job potrals LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
• Develop strong connections with company HRs to secure placement opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters for student placements.
• Organize campus recruitment drives and arrange interview for training students.
• Guide students in resume building, interview preparation and career counseling.
• Stay updated with industry trends and employment requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
