Roles & Responsibilities: Interact with students and parents to provide guidance on academic programs and career paths. Explain course options, eligibility, structure, benefits, and future opportunities. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective students via calls, emails, or messages. Support and guide students through the admission process. Maintain consistent communication to assist in student decision-making. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for lead nurturing and conversion. Provide assistance during onboarding after enrollment.
