Job Title: Academic Counsellor Locations: MG Road, Bengaluru & Thanisandra, Bengaluru Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Academic Counsellors to join our growing team in Bengaluru. As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students and their families through their educational journey. You will be responsible for understanding their academic goals, providing comprehensive information about our programs/services, and assisting them in making informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Conducting in-depth counselling sessions with students and parents to understand their educational aspirations, interests, and academic background. Providing accurate and detailed information about various academic programs, courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities. Assisting students with application processes, documentation, and follow-ups. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students. Achieving individual and team sales targets. Participating in educational fairs, seminars, and outreach activities as required. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings. Utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline) is mandatory. Experience: Freshers: Welcome to apply! (Take-home salary: ₹30,000 per month) Experienced: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a sales-oriented role is required. (Take-home salary: ₹38,000 per month) Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory . Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping students. Target-driven and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
