Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Academic Counselor – Domestic Admission located in Gurgaon. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students to provide guidance on academic programs, assist with career counseling, and support students with their admission process. Daily responsibilities include advising students on educational pathways, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they have access to all necessary resources for a smooth admission experience. Will be required to assist in business development activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Education
• Effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and relevant stakeholders
• Strong expertise in Career Counseling and guiding students on academic and career paths
• Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach to advising
• Bachelor's degree in English Medium.
• Prior experience in student admissions or education services will be an advantage.

Preference

• Based out of Gurgaon.
• Knowledge of any South Indian Language apart from English & Hindi.
• Fresher -please don't apply.
