Overview

Happy Clicks is looking for two enthusiastic Academic Counselor cum Business Development Executives to join our team. This role combines student counseling with business development activities, making it a perfect opportunity for candidates who enjoy both relationship building and sales.

We have 2 openings available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and academic programs.

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.

• Reach out to potential students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Work on business development activities including partnerships and outreach.

• Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and clients.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Prior experience in related field is preferred.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build rapport with Clients

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Must be willing to work on-site in Kochi.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in  related field 
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
