Academic Counselor – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries from prospective students and parents
• Provide detailed information about available courses, career prospects, and admission procedures
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline
• Counsel students to help them understand the benefits of various programs based on their career goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing activities and improve student engagement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student data, lead statuses, and conversions
• Meet and exceed monthly admissions targets and KPIs

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or inside sales (education sector preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and influence decisions effectively
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in business, education, or psychology)
