Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Trivandrum. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, assisting with academic advising, and offering career counseling. The role involves helping students navigate their educational journey, offering guidance on course selection, and preparing them for job opportunities. The counselor will also maintain regular communication with students to monitor their progress and provide necessary support.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Effective Communication and Academic Advising skills
• Background in Education is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the aviation or education industry is a plus
