Role Overview

The Admissions Counsellor plays a critical role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the admissions process for suitable academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound calls/emails
  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding program offerings
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate programs
  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process and meet assigned sales targets
  • Convert leads into enrollments and achieve quarterly sales quotas
  • Provide one-on-one guidance to students throughout the application process
  • Assist students in collecting and submitting required documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to application deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Coordinate effective communication with students and parents

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in lead conversion and sales
  • Strong orientation toward target-driven sales environments
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and empathize with students and parents
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory
