Job Description

Job Title: Academic Councellors. Company: Tiger Education Services Location: Krishna Nagar, Lucknow Job Type: Full-time, In-office About Us: Tiger Education Services is a leading educational consultancy dedicated to helping students achieve their academic and career goals. We provide personalized guidance and support to ensure our students make informed decisions about their education. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our educational programs and services. Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, and related services. Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and follow up on potential leads. Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Meet daily and monthly call targets as assigned by the team leader. Provide accurate and complete information to students, addressing their concerns effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student queries promptly. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English proficiency is an advantage). Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections. Basic computer skills for maintaining records and data entry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
