The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing counseling and guidance over the phone to prospective clients/students/customers (customise as needed), helping them make informed decisions regarding our services or programs. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong desire to assist others. Key Responsibilities:Initiate and receive calls to/from clients, providing accurate information about our programs/services. Counsel and guide clients based on their needs and preferences. Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records using CRM tools. Assist with application or registration processes as needed. Address client queries, concerns, or objections effectively and professionally. Achieve call and conversion targets as set by the management. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and data protection regulations. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in tele-counselling, telemarketing, customer support, or similar roles is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Empathy, patience, and a strong customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computers and CRM software. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Fluency in English and/or local languages as required.
