Role Overview: As an Academic Counselor for New Zealand at The Mentors Circle, your primary responsibility will be to provide student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising to help students achieve their educational objectives. You will be located in Noida and will play a crucial role in guiding students through the admission process and recommending the best academic paths and institutions based on their profiles. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct student counseling sessions to assist them in their educational goals - Provide career counseling to students to help them make informed decisions - Offer academic advising to guide students towards suitable academic paths - Communicate effectively with students to understand their needs and aspirations - Assist students with the admission process for universities in New Zealand - Utilize your skills in student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising to support students effectively - Demonstrate excellent communication skills in interacting with students and addressing their concerns - Utilize your background in education to provide valuable insights to students - Apply your strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to build rapport with students and help them overcome challenges - Work effectively on-site in Noida to deliver personalized counseling services - Collaborate with students to identify their strengths and interests for academic success Qualification Required: - Skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising - Excellent Communication skills - Background in Education - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively on-site - Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field - Experience in international education counseling is a plus,
