Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle all direct enquiries & Counselling should be provided
  • Those who come to enquiry must be convert into admission
  • Regular Follow-ups
  • Counselling should be provided for enquiries
  • Explain Course Details & Race Institute Strategy & facilities
  • Share Sample Material
  • Conduct Assessment Test & Given Feedback
  • Showing our facilities
  • Understand customer requirements and close Leads (Spot Admission)
  • If spot admission is not taken, then Fix the appointment for admission
  • Enter and update Enquiry & Students information in the Zoho CRM
  • Collection Cash Submit to Accountant
  • Learn Updated details about our courses and fees structure regularly
  • Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how Veranda Race
  • can catalyse their career.
  • Carrying weekly enrolment /revenue and collection target.
  • Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of Veranda Race model of online/blended learning.
  • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls,
  • sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant
  • feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
  • Manage large amounts of Inbound calls / Outbound calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
  • communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow
  • up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers• Minimum of 200+ Dials every day with 75+ Connects.
  • 4 hours of talk time on an average per day.
  • 5 enrolled students per day.
  • Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
