Role Overview:

The Academic Counsellor will play a crucial role in guiding students through their learning journey in our specialized course. This includes supporting the enrollment process, engaging with prospective students, and converting quality leads into successful enrolments to contribute to revenue generation. The ideal candidate must be empathetic, sales-oriented, and passionate about student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective students in clearly understanding the course structure, payment plans learning objectives and the long-term benefits of enrolling.
• Reach out to potential leads, build meaningful conversations, and guide them towards making informed decisions — ultimately converting leads into successful enrollments.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure only quality candidates are enrolled into the program.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless student experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required; a background in Psychology or Social Work is a plus.
• Prior experience in academic counselling, student support, or sales-driven roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• A proactive and student-focused approach.
