Position Summary: We are seeking a target-driven Academic Counsellor with 2 to 4 years of experience , particularly in Tele Counselling and admission closures over the phone . The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our programs and converting leads into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students. Counsel and guide students regarding various academic and career-oriented programs. Present and explain course offerings, benefits, and career outcomes. Follow up with leads consistently and close admissions within set deadlines. Achieve and exceed monthly targets related to student admissions. Maintain a detailed database of interactions and admissions on CRM. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth conversion processes. Requirements: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in academic counselling / tele sales / admission closures . Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred) . Highly target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems. Ability to build rapport quickly and understand student needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
