Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Help in reviewing Product Development for emotional development of schools students. Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students. Conduct workshops and classroom sessions on emotional intelligence, social skills, and mental well-being. Offer career guidance and psychometric assessments to help students make informed choices. Collaborate with teachers and parents to promote a healthy and inclusive school environment. Partner with the academic team to weave social-emotional learning and life skills into everyday classroom experiences. Support school-wide initiatives that build resilience, empathy, and self-awareness among students. Requirements Master’s Degree in Psychology (Counselling / Clinical / School Psychology). Minimum 2 years of experience in a school setting (mandatory). Strong understanding of career counselling, student development, and social-emotional well-being. Excellent communication, empathy, and facilitation skills. Passionate about creating safe, supportive, and growth-oriented spaces for children and adolescents.
