Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling:

Understand students' academic profiles and career aspirations.
Provide expert guidance on study destinations including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and more.
Counsel students on course and university selection based on eligibility, interests, and budget.
Explain admission requirements, documentation, timelines, and visa processes.

Application Process Management:

Coordinate with students to collect required documents.
Assist with university applications, SOP review, and follow-up with institutions.
Schedule mock interviews and exam preparation where needed.

Follow-ups & Conversion:

Follow up on leads from various sources (walk-ins, website inquiries, social media, telecalls).
Maintain a healthy conversion ratio from inquiries to applications.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM tools.
Update student progress from counseling to enrollment.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with visa officers, training faculties, and overseas university reps.
Participate in webinars, student orientations, and promotional events.
