Responsible for assisting the BU Team to achieve Conversion target & Lead to Conversion ratio. Ensuring the team represents the organization in a positive light. Purpose of the Role Structure Reporting to Senior Manager INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Pitching prospective leads about the projects/ products and services, and providing all information and query resolution. Assist and manage the lead acquisition, data management, client acquisition, client grievances, and reporting issues successful conversion. ¢ Provide end-to-end support & coordinate with Center Counsellors, Other team members for systems and policy ¢ Build relationships with new customers to drive sales Job Responsibility ¢ Build relationships with existing customers to generate reference sales. ¢ Create, and run survey campaigns and assist the Sales team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to lead conversion. Prepare regular reports on conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer satisfaction levels ¢ This responsibility is not limited, it keeps varying as per the business requirements. ¢ Maintaining 100% Adherence to Systems, SOPs & policies along with the deliverables within the deadline ¢ Comfortable working with tight deadlines and providing valuable ¢ Supporting and Coordinating with every function & complete the task ¢ Being open to feedback, new learnings, and support from peers ¢ Being ethical, committed, and responsible at work Approach ¢ Overall, the approach should be focused on driving revenue growth through effective team management, customer-centric practices, and continuous improvement of the lead conversion process.
