Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Academic Coordinator to oversee the smooth execution of academic programs, manage schedules, and support both faculty and students to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and assessments.
• Act as a communication link between faculty, students, and management.
• Track student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
• Maintain academic records, timetables, and course plans.
• Ensure availability of required resources (classrooms, trainers, materials).
• Handle student queries, concerns, and provide timely support.
• Assist in onboarding new trainers and maintaining faculty rosters.
• Support academic events, orientation programs, and examinations.
• Prepare regular academic reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).
• Prior experience in academic coordination, training institutes, or educational administration (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
