Job Description

Role Overview:

The Academic Coordinator will oversee the curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and academic operations of the school. This is a leadership role requiring a combination of teaching experience, administrative acumen, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise implementation of curriculum across grades.
  • Plan academic calendar, schedules, and assessments.
  • Train and mentor teachers to improve pedagogy and outcomes.
  • Monitor student performance and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate between teachers, parents, and the school management.
  • Lead academic audits, parent meetings, and school events.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving approach with a focus on quality improvement.
  • Data-driven decision-making for student and teacher performance.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Familiarity with NEP guidelines and school regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Education/Subject with B.Ed./M.Ed.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of academic experience with 2+ in a leadership role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
