English Teacher PGT

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong command over the English language, excellent classroom management skills, and a deep understanding of literature, grammar, and communication skills. The role involves preparing students for board exams, improving their language proficiency, and fostering a love for literature. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Literature and Language for senior secondary classes (Grades 11–12). Prepare students for CBSE board examinations with focused teaching methods. Encourage students to develop reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills. Design and evaluate tests, assignments, and projects. Integrate modern teaching methods and technology for enhanced learning. Foster a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Monitor and support the overall academic performance and well-being of students. Participate in school functions, PTMs, and extracurricular activities. Qualifications: Master's Degree in English (MA in English) B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – mandatory Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with digital teaching tools (e.g., smartboards, Google Classroom) Preferred Skills: Ability to motivate and engage teenagers Strong organizational and time-management skills Up-to-date knowledge of English curriculum and pedagogy Experience in content creation and remedial teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
