Job Location - Topsia [Note - Only female candidates will be preferred for this job role] Required Experience - Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as an academic coordinator/front desk admin in education sector only. (Working knowledge of advanced MS Excel is mandatory) Minimum educational qualification - Graduation. Key Responsibilities :- Curriculum Development and Management: Ensuring course curriculum aligns with industry standards and student needs. Faculty Coordination: Assisting the teaching staff, providing support, and ensuring effective teaching methodologies. Timetable Management: Creating and managing course schedules in MS Excel to ensure optimal resource utilization. Student Support: Providing guidance and support to students over the phone, including career counselling and placement assistance. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of students and academic data in MS Excel.
