Academic Coordinator

Designation: Academic Counsellor

Location: Chennai, Valasaravakkam, Alwarthirunagar

Experience: Freshers- 3 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding courses, universities, and countries.
• Understand student profiles, career goals, and academic backgrounds to suggest suitable study options abroad.
• Handle admissions processes: documentation, applications, follow-ups, and interview preparation.
• Maintain updated knowledge of overseas education systems, entry requirements, and visa processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university partners.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for enrolments and conversions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); Education/Management background preferred.
• Fresher to 1+ years of experience in overseas education counselling (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
