As a professional leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the subject area to ensure high-quality teaching, effective resource utilization, and enhanced learning outcomes for all students. Your role involves modeling and advocating best practices in teaching and learning within the subject. It is crucial to establish, assess, and enhance the academic objectives and standards of the Maths, English, and Science curriculum and assessment processes. Taking charge of Lower School curriculum leadership will be a key aspect of your role, where you will be expected to lead pedagogical initiatives and innovative teaching approaches. Staying updated with the latest changes and developments in the field of education is essential to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching standards. Your responsibilities will also include spearheading pupil progress tracking systems in core subjects and supporting the Head of Lower School in creating a dynamic and nurturing school environment. Ensuring the delivery of quality educational programs within a safe, positive, and healthy learning setting will be at the core of your duties. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for performance bonuses.
