JOB DESCRIPTION (ADMISSION COUNSELLOR) COMPANY: RAGAAZ EDUCATION Pvt Ltd Website: www.ragaaz.com / www.ragaazstudios.com POSITION: ADMISSION COUNCELLOR JOB SUMMARY The Admission Counsellor for RAGAAZ will be responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and enrolling prospective students into the institution's music programs. This role involves extensive interaction with prospective students/ their families to make them understand the learning philosophies and ideologies at RAGAAZ. The counsellor will guide applicants through the admissions process, provide information about the schools music programs, and represent the school at various promotional events. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of music education and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families. 2. Provide detailed information about music programs, faculty, facilities, scholarships, and music journey. 3. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintaining admission enquiry record google sheets and regular follow up for closing admissions 5. Handle the complete process starting from admission enquiry to allotment of slots to the prospective student. Coordinate with admin staff and teachers for the same. 6. Conduct presentations and workshops about the music schools programs and admissions process. 7. Assist in developing marketing materials and digital content to promote the music school’s programs. WORKING DAYS: 6 days TIME: 11am-8pm SALARY: 3L-4L per annum (Can be negotiated for right candidate)
