Position Summary

As the Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all academic operations. This includes curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, student performance monitoring, and examination coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Planning & Curriculum Oversight

• Design and manage academic calendar and timelines.
• Ensure effective curriculum implementation for all grades (Nursery to Class 10).
• Review and enhance lesson plans, assessments, and teaching strategies.
• Monitor completion of syllabus, learning goals, and academic benchmarks.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and performance evaluations.
• Serve as a bridge between the principal and faculty, students, and parents.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training qualification is preferred.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in teaching or academic coordination.
• Familiarity with CBSE and State Board curriculum is required.

Languages Preferred

• English: Required
• Telugu : Required
