Academic Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager DNB Academic Operations is responsible for overseeing the administrative and academic functions of the DNB and Fellowship programs within the hospital. This role ensures compliance with the National Board of Examinations (NBE) standards, facilitates smooth coordination between stakeholders, and supports postgraduate medical education through effective documentation, scheduling, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate DNB Broad, Super Specialty, and Fellowship programs.
• Liaise with NBE and other academic bodies for accreditation, registration, and compliance.
• Manage documentation for academic activities, exams, and trainee records.
• Handle payroll and attendance for DNB and Fellowship doctors across units.
• Maintain leave records and monthly data for new joiners and code creation.
• Organize internal, external, and national-level exams (DNB & Dr NB).
• Plan and schedule academic events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Ensure timely procurement and management of academic store materials.
• Support other units in attendance and payroll management.
• Maintain records and reports as per DNB program requirements.
• Communicate effectively with trainees, faculty, and administrative teams.
