Academic Coordinator

The BFSI Sector Skill Council of India, a not-for-profit organization, is dedicated to enhancing skills and employability in the BFSI sector. By collaborating with stakeholders, the council provides industry-relevant training to equip individuals with the necessary expertise. We are currently looking for an Academic Coordinator who will be responsible for nurturing relationships with colleges and universities. The role involves sourcing and coordinating guest speakers from the BFSI industry, conducting research to build a pool of guest lecturers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of academic activities. The Academic Coordinator will also liaise with external agencies for platform access and oversee the coordination of guest lecturers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify suitable guest lecturers - Negotiate terms and onboard lecturers - Coordinate with colleges/universities to schedule guest lectures - Collect feedback and ratings to improve the quality of academic sessions - Access vendor platforms for data uploads and collaborate with vendors for technical/non-technical support Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field - Understanding of academic matters and academic calendars - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience with MIS reports and presentations - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint The ideal candidate should be within the age bracket of 25 to 30 years with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The position does not require any travel and is a full-time role with immediate joining. Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund, with a day shift schedule.
