Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee and enhance our academic programs and ensure excellence in teaching and learning.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures

- Coordinate curriculum planning and development

- Monitor and evaluate teacher performance and student progress

- Collaborate with teachers to enhance instructional strategies

- Manage academic records and reports

- Liaise with parents and stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Education or related field

- Proven experience (3+ years) as Academic Coordinator or similar role

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and regulations

- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
