Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum

  10 years of teaching experience

  at Diploma/Under Graduate level.
• At least

  2 years of industrial experience

  in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in

  curriculum development for polytechnics/engineering colleges/industrial training centres

• Professionals with

  prior experience in Automobile / Auto Components industry-aligned training programs

  .

• Retired professors/faculty

  from engineering/polytechnic colleges with relevant experience may also apply

• Instructional Material Development

• Team Coordination & Quality Assurance

• Teacher Training & Support

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and instructional design skills.

• Familiarity with global curriculum standards (Singapore/Germany/Austria).

• Ability to create student-centric, activity-based learning materials.

• Knowledge of emerging trends in engineering education and industry practices
