Description
Engage with Under-Graduate and Post Graduate college students on career opportunities in Cyber Intelligence and Cyber Security Explain course modules, future job prospects, certifications, Internship and placement support. Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to explain program offerings, benefits, and career outcomes. Collaborate with college authorities and students to support academic partnerships, program awareness and execution. Follow up with interested students and parents, resolve queries, and convert leads into enrolments. Maintain and update CRM systems, manage counselling reports, and achieve monthly admission targets. Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and info sessions in colleges and corporate offices. Address concerns, provide accurate program details, and guide students on the admission process. Coordinate with the TechGyan.ai academic and marketing teams for campaign support and lead nurturing. Support in building employment pipelines by aligning trained students with corporate job opportunities. Conduct webinars, info sessions, and career talks at colleges and corporate locations. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in academic counselling, education sales, or career advisory roles. Prior experience in counselling for technical or professional training courses will be a strong plus. Graduate/Postgraduate from any field preference for Education, Psychology, HR, or Technical background. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in Marathi and Gujarati is an added advantage). Confident, empathetic, and persuasive personality capable of building trust with students and parents. Strong interpersonal skills, a go-getter mindset, and the ability to inspire confidence. Ability to work independently and meet enrolment targets within deadlines. Passionate about making a difference in students lives and the future of cyber careers. Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting dashboards.
