Role Overview

B2C Sales team

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling to prospective learners
  • Need-based, consultative selling
  • Convert leads into enrollments
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
  • 15 years

    B2C inside sales experience (EdTech preferred)
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus)

Compensation & Work Details

  • CTC: ?4 LPA ?7.3 LPA (25% incentives included)

  • Working Days:

    Monday to Saturday
  • Mode:

    Work From Office
