The Academic Mentor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students through their learning journey. The role involves providing academic advice, assisting in course selection, and motivating learners to achieve their educational goals. You will act as the bridge between students and the institution, ensuring a positive learning experience.---Roles and Responsibilities:Counsel students regarding academic goals, course selection, and career paths.Guide learners through Etechs academic programs and ensure they understand course requirements.Maintain regular contact with students via calls, emails, and meetings.Track student progress and provide timely feedback or support.Help resolve academic challenges and motivate students to stay on track.Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth learning experiences.Conduct orientation sessions and follow-up interactions.Maintain accurate student records and reports.
