Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The role involves managing student file documentation, making follow-up calls for payments, maintaining accurate admission data records, and handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize student files and records
  • Make follow-up calls regarding fee payments
  • Assist in compiling and documenting admission data
  • Support general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and office coordination

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
