Supervisor for HVAC sites Role responsibilities - • Technical Expertise - Should have adequate knowledge on HVAC, he should be able to assess and resolve crucial problems as well as He should be able to read and work on a DWG file • Project Management and team supervision - He will have to visit sites and monitor HVAC project, supervise the team, train and mentor them. Delegate tasks, schedule timeline and coordinate with the team for efficient completion of project activities. He should have excellent leadership qualities so that he is able to lead the team of Service Engineers. • Site Inventory and Budget Management • Documentation and Reporting - Document the materials used at site as well as the teams performance. Invoices and work orders are also to be submitted. • Customer Relations - He will have to communicate with the clients, understand their requirements and work in order to provide them with excellent services. • Safety measures on site are also to be monitored by him
