Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our real estate expansion. This role focuses on property acquisition, leasing negotiations, market analysis, and building strategic partnerships to support growth.

Strategic Collaboration -

Negotiation & Deal Structuring
- Negotiate property deals with owners and developers.
Relationship Management
- Build relationships with key industry contacts to uncover opportunities.
Market Assessment & Location Evaluation
- Evaluate potential locations for joint developments or acquisitions.
Financial Reporting & Portfolio Expansion -
Provide property valuations and reports for decision-making.
Risk Managment & Compliance -
Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.
