Description

We are seeking an experienced ABAP Technical Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development and architecture, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces based on business requirements.
Lead technical discussions and provide architectural solutions in ABAP development.
Optimize existing ABAP code and enhance performance of SAP applications.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in ABAP development.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and ABAP enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

10-20 years of experience in ABAP development and architecture.
Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming including Object-Oriented ABAP, Reports, ALV, and Interfaces.
Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is a plus.
Proficiency in performance tuning and debugging ABAP applications.
Understanding of SAP modules like SD, MM, FI/CO, and HR.
Familiarity with SAP HANA and CDS views is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
