Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Allen-Bradley (AB) PLC Programmer to work on automation and control systems for high-precision semiconductor manufacturing equipment, especially projects related. The role involves developing, testing, and commissioning software solutions using Rockwell Automation platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and debug PLC programs using RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand control system requirements Implement PLC logic and control sequences for semiconductor equipment Integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA systems (e.g., FactoryTalk View ME/SE, PanelView Plus) Support on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of automation systems Maintain code documentation, version control, and test validation Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in automation projects Key Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience with AB PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) Proficiency in Ladder Logic , Structured Text , and IEC 61131 standards Expertise in Rockwell tools: FactoryTalk View , PanelView , etc. Experience with semiconductor equipment or cleanroom automation Ability to interpret electrical schematics , P&IDs , and instrumentation drawings Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge of SECS/GEM protocols Experience with motion control , servo systems , and robotics Familiarity with EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet or other industrial networks
