Job Description

1Role & responsibilities Site Readiness: Ensure all operators adhere to the following: 1. Prepare and manage the Enrolment Centre Setup Checklist to ensure all requirements are met. 2. Set up and test all necessary equipment, including laptops/desktops with Aadhaar client, biometric devices, GPS devices, and printer-cum-scanners. 3. Ensure the latest Aadhaar Enrolment client/Update software is installed. 4. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe enrolment center. 5. Display essential information at each enrolment station, including contact details, working hours, required documents, and fee rates. 6. Ensure courteous behavior among staff and address any dissatisfaction from residents. Managing Centre Operations: Ensure all operators adhere to the following: 7. Stay updated with the latest guidelines and policies from the respective Authority. 8. Administer the enrolment process, ensuring compliance with UIDAI guidelines and high data quality. 9. Verify that residents have not previously enrolled for Aadhaar. 10. Inform residents about the use of their biometrics and ensure they have correctly filled the prescribed forms. 11. Sign off on every enrolment with biometric exceptions. 12. Ensure operators review and correct data as needed and provide biometric confirmation after each enrolment/update. 13. Print and sign Acknowledgement Slips for every enrolment. 14. Scan original documents used for proof of identity, relationship, address, birth, and signed Acknowledgement Slips. Performance Monitoring: 1. Cooperate with the Authority/Registrar during monitoring and audit functions. 2. Record and sign performance monitoring sheets. 3. Incorporate audit feedback for continuous improvement of enrolment operations and data quality. 4. Check and report faulty devices and ensure security arrangements for equipment. 5. Maintain confidentiality and security of collected data. 6. Perform daily GPS checks. 7. Use End-of-Day Reports to manage daily operations. 8. Hold End-of-Day meetings to share learnings and address issues. Preferred candidate profile 1. Graduate 2. Must have an Aadhaar number 3. Proficient in computer use, especially Excel 4. Must review Aadhaar Enrolment/Update Training Material before certification 5. Obtain Supervisor Certificate from an Authority-appointed agency
