Swar Anims JOB PROFILE – 3D VISUALIZER INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR We are looking at 3D Visualizer to work within our Architectural visualization team in delivering Architectural visualization, animation & Presentation projects to our client. JOB DESCRIPTION Ability to understand and handle Architecture CAD Drawing. Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches. Work on Architecture 3d Modeling, Unwrapping, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation, Rendering on Visuals and walk-through projects. Ability to create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals and Animation using V-Ray/Corona Renderer. Undertaking 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D rendering. Stay updated with latest software used in the visualization field including. Explore new technologies to expend Swar Anims’s services, improve the quality of visualizations and increase efficiency. This is likely to include new rendering engines, pipelines and assets as well as emerging trends such as virtual reality. KEY SKILLS Experience in the use of 3D Max, Corona & special effects software is essential. ESSENTIAL SKILLS High professional integrity. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required. Strong organizational skill and ability manage multiple project and deliver to tight deadlines. Ability to be productive to use initiative and to work autonomously. Good awareness of design trends and creative thinking. Excellent attention to detail. Dedicated to own learning and development. Flexible to work for extra time, if required.
