Job Description

We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for transforming 2D plans, architectural concepts, and design briefs into stunningly realistic 3D renderings and animations. You'll work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to produce visuals that not only accurately represent a project but also tell a compelling story. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and material textures, and be a master of the latest visualization software.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D Models and Renderings: Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations from 2D drawings, sketches, and reference photos for a variety of projects, including architectural, interior, and product designs.
• Collaborate with Design Teams: Work with architects and designers to refine design concepts and ensure the final visualizations align with the project vision and technical specifications.
• Manage Projects: Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Apply Realistic Elements: Masterfully use lighting, shading, and texture mapping to create realistic scenes and environments.
• Post-Production: Enhance renderings using post-production software to add details, effects, and create a desired mood or atmosphere.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends, software, and visualization techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 or 2 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of photorealistic work.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Blender, or Lumion. A strong command of post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop is essential.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality 3D renderings and animations.
